Simple and fun. At first I though the title was Steve's First Curly Fries, which might also make an interesting game. Good job!
It's really cool for a first game.
Some suggestions: you should notify player when he's hit by a robot; the collisions should be polished, but I think you know that.

One thing that you should concentrate on the next game is giving the player feedback about what they're doing, other than just changing a number on the screen.
