Thanks, gg, I couldn't win with putting my snowman by the base door, and I surrounded a snowbot with snowmen and all 3 got #rekt... I couldn't put another snowman on the meltage after the fact so I couldn't try and kill it next round either. The character graphics were real good.

Looks nice, but some sound would really spice it up. My main concern is with gameplay: it takes minutes just to move your units into enemy territory, and there the main challenge is not getting blocked by dead bodies. At the end, one of the robots was still standing but I couldn't get to him, nor he to me. Also a couple bugs: pathfinding doesn't let you move around obstacles even if the target square is green; dead units are sometimes movable and become alive; and standing next to the enemy base did nothing for me.

Well, the gameplay is too much slow.. And when I say too much I mean really really unbelievable slow. Too many round to get into some real action. This kills fun and ejoyability of your entry... On the other side game mechanics seems to be implemented well :-)

my main tip would be to speed up gameplay, it could've been more fun if you'd have only one more powerfull snowman or if the units wouldn't have been placed so far apart from the enemies. Liked the graphics :)

Takin' the snowman theme back like snowbody's business.

Huh. This was an interesting game, and not too shabby a TBS implementation, but it could have used a bit more transparency. I often found that the move highlighting would highlight squares I could not actually move to. The armies start way too far apart - it was turn nine before any combat happened. At first, I thought the combat was going to be 1 snowman = 1 snowbot, but seeing the first two 'bots slaughter eight snowmen with no casualties ended that idea. Then I thought outnumbering was key, and that worked a bit better, but felt downright random. Sometimes three snowmen could easily dispatch a snowbot, other times the snowbot would totally cream all three of them, and on one heroic occasion a snowman managed to kill an undamaged snowbot in single combat. Seeing my numbers depleted, I rushed for the base, but the win condition couldn't trigger. Match ended with 3 robots alive (one completely walled off by corpses) and all snowmen dead.
