NEEDS SOUND! I cannot stress this enough, I really enjoyed this game really loses something by not having sound.
The graphics were pretty cool for the first world (bug people yeah!) but after that the programmer art gets... bad.
The interface was kind of jarring at first, with the way dialogue worked etc. But once I got into it I was actually enjoying myself.

@buttsteam thank you!
Haha yea, I should have! I grew up not being able to listen to my games, so it's really something i need to think about specifically and remember to include! Thanks!
Yeaa i got really into it at first but i didn't really have a lot of time (or sense of scope). I got to the last hour and realized I only had one level! I was determined to at least enter something,so i wanted to add something to make it "connected worlds"
Yea don't even get me started on the ui haha
But thank you very much! You probably won't see this, but i appreciate the comment!

Changing background colors and swapping out NPC graphics on each progressive stage is a pretty basic way to execute the theme. (Really, this game is much more "Resource Gathering" than "Connected Worlds")
However, despite the loose connection to the theme, I always have enjoyed these types of games. I played through the whole thing, and had fun doing so. Good job on that end.

Fun little game, but I don't see how it fits the theme regardless of the little explanation at the end. I find the challenge actually decreases as you move on to the next worlds probably because the money carries over. I was hoping for more obstacles like lava, rocks, or something that'll hurt me or block my way. Very nice game overall though!
