Works on my machine ;-) I will have a look when I get home tonight. Windows. .NET 4.5 should be enough. Apologies.

Sorry guys. Limited time and have not found a solution yet.
I used monogame 3.0 rather than XNA. I've not been able to get a package that works on a pc that does not have it installed.

Updated the code to XNA rather than Monogame. This is available on the download page linked above. Also a link to the XNA distributable on this page.
I really don't want to get a XNA framework JUST for one game. Sorry.
