Your idea was great, but I feel like you ran out of time before you could add the bits of polish that would have made this really fun. Jumping straight in, I had no idea what I was doing (help in the main menu didn't do anything), or which objects were growable (a color change on the mouse cursor would be perfect).
That first jump is fairly unforgiving, and landing jumps in 3d without some sort of shadow is REALLY hard. This is still miles ahead of the stuff I was making in highschool. You guys should be really proud of yourselves. See if you can find some game design books (The Art of Game Design: A Book of Lenses is definitely worth the money) and look at ideas like "feedback" in games - you're gonna make some great stuff.
I was one of the students who worked on this game and I must agree with gritfish. Our idea was solid but unfortunately we had a lot of distractions (like sleep and a trampoline) and couldnt manage time well. I cant even beat this one (and only) level and I'm the one who scripted it. It's ridiculously hard.
Yeah, we were definitely rushing towards the end. Thanks for the feedback.

Perhaps it´s needs more polish.
Fantastic intro, but could only see a black screen and a red circle when the game started.

Yeah, I can't even make the first jump. That's a common problem in Ludum Dare games, of course: most of them are way too hard. The idea sounds interesting, anyway, even if I can't play long enough to experience it.

a 3D moving platform on the first jump?? that's harsh, man. the opening story was pretty funny. i really wanted to play the game, except it wouldn't let me past the first jump!
