| May 2 02:56:22 | The Transmitter | ♥ 1 | I really enjoyed this game; it was hard but fun! Every time I tried to go slow and steady, there was another new mechanic like a jammer or the missiles that kept bumping it back to a more out-of-control-feeling dynamic system. I eventually beat it, but had to retry an embarrassingly large number of times on the last level. Great job! | |
| May 2 04:19:29 | 1h 23m | Galaxy Connect | ♥ 1 | I really enjoyed this game; it was relaxing and fun! At first it seemed like the computer was too hard, and I'm not sure which of us hit 150 first, but eventually I ended up with more points than it did and felt very proud of myself. I liked the creative gameplay and playing on a graph of connections. I would love to see randomized levels instead of the same one every time, and also a screen letting me know the game is over after no more moves are possible. It might also be interesting if playing a card gave that option to the opponent next time (like the board game Onitama) instead of both players having the same set of options, though it was good this way too. Great job! img2.png |
| May 2 05:39:45 | 1h 20m | Signal-flag Shuffle | ♥ 1 | This game was fun! I appreciated that the time limit wasn't very restrictive so I had time to figure out what to do. It took me a while to understand that the lower row of the sign was the leftover two in the row I just cleared, but once I got that I felt like I understood everything. The animations were great and it felt very satisfying to throw the blocks and bombs. Great job! |
| May 2 06:27:36 | 47m 51s | lil lighthouse | ♥ 1 | This was a really fun game; I liked the two alternating phases of gameplay and the good conflicting choices I had for upgrades that affected my strategy. It made me want to play "just one more time" to try another upgrade path; it felt great to find better strategies that let me survive longer. The sounds set the mood wonderfully. Great job, especially for a first jam! img.png |
