| Oct 7 13:01:53 | RestaurANT | ♥ 1 | Very nice game! It's cool to see another person who had a similar idea. I love the little ant and beetle sprites. The one thing I would suggest is to add a trash can to remove bread you are holding. I accidentally made a jam bread when all the beetles wanted plain bread, and I didn't see a way to drop it. | |
| Oct 7 14:42:00 | 1h 40m | Office Pets! | ♥ 1 | I love the sprites, the creatures are so cool and cute! I agree with richjbaron though, I didn't really understand what the items did or what made them different from each other. |
| Oct 7 16:42:04 | 2h 00m | Pot Life | ♥ 0 | The magnifying glass effect is so cool! I'm curious how you made it. I think the game is very cute. I loved watching the little guys. |
| Oct 7 22:24:26 | 5h 42m | Human Heist | ♥ 1 | A very nice game! I love the sprites. The cat and dog look great, and the humans are very tiny and cute. One bug I found was it seems like full screen cuts off some of the level. I got stuck here for a bit because in full screen mode I couldn't see that there was a person in the hole. Eventually I exited full screen mode and then I could see it.unnamed.png |
| Oct 8 21:02:21 | 22h 37m | The Witch's Offspring | ♥ 1 | I love the art in this game! The sizing of the game was a little weird for me though. I had to change the zoom settings on my browser for the whole game to display. I'd recommend changing some settings in Godot to fix this: in Project Settings -> Display -> Window Godot 4: set Stretch mode to 'viewport' Godot 3: set Stretch mode to '2d' and Aspect to 'keep' |
| Oct 9 20:22:30 | 23h 20m | SNANT | ♥ 1 | Very nice game. It works well, it's fun and the music is great! The map wrapping was a little confusing at first. It looked like the red ant was teleporting all over the place! |
| Oct 9 21:46:47 | 1h 24m | Fish Merger | ♥ 0 | I had more fun with this than I expected! I only wish the fish were larger or more different from each other. It was hard to tell them apart at times. |
| Oct 9 23:07:28 | 1h 20m | Maratus In Love | ♥ 2 | Magic levitating spider! magicSpider.png This game is really pretty and cute! I love the little spiders. Trying to get all the leaves was fun. I got stuck once but with the "load last checkpoint" button it was no problem. Very well made! |
| Oct 10 22:37:58 | 23h 30m | [Unfinished] LD56 - Animal Warriors | ♥ 1 | I like this game a lot! There are a lot of abilities and creatures, and I think it works nicely. I think it's the right length for a game jam too. I didn't understand what the numbers of the dice roll were for at first. I understood when I got a creature that needed a certain value, but before that I thought higher value dice were supposed to do more damage or something. It also didn't seem like the snail's thunder ball did anything? I couldn't tell if it did at least. |
| Oct 11 02:35:17 | 3h 57m | Slimecube | ♥ 1 | Wow! I almost stopped during the first stage but decided to keep going after seeing @frostbeak's comment. I feel like a lot of people are missing out, ha ha. Is there a way to make him not sad during the second stage? I couldn't figure it out. |
| Oct 15 20:11:15 | 113h 35m | Ponding Experience | ♥ 1 | This game is very cool! It definitely deserves more attention. The art looks great, the game is polished and of course the voice acting is awesome! Make sure to rate other people's games if you want more people to find this one. The only issue I found was with the shoot 10 mosquitoes quest. The number never went up. It would have been nice to know how close to 10 I was getting in 30 seconds. |
| Oct 15 20:34:02 | 22m 47s | City In My Sleeve | ♥ 0 | I love the addition of a leader board! That's a fun thing to have in a game jam game. I think the upgrade/rest idea was cool, but I quickly ended up with a ton of reds and then the game became too easy. There wasn't any reason to have any non-red Fellas. Maybe different enemy types that require different color Fellas to destroy would help? |
| Oct 15 21:13:56 | 39m 54s | NanoBot Experiment | ♥ 0 | nanoBot.png After a few attempts, this is the best I can do. I really enjoyed this game! The nano bots were confusing at first but I got the hang of it. |
| Oct 15 21:32:40 | 18m 44s | Ant war! | ♥ 1 | I really enjoyed this! It was a fun idea! I wish there was a grid though. It was hard to tell how many spaces an ant should move in the earlier levels. |
| Oct 23 05:21:23 | 175h 48m | Lockerworlds | ♥ 1 | I think its a very neat idea and the graphics and audio are great! I struggled to see the numbers on the lockers when viewing all of them, which was a bit frustrating, but maybe my screen is just too small. |
| Oct 23 05:49:37 | 28m 14s | Tiny Creature Attack | ♥ 0 | At first I thought that the powerups were enemies and should be avoided ha ha. I had a lot of fun with this! I agree with @zimonitrome that powerups should stack. |
| Oct 23 06:15:55 | 26m 18s | Guzzling Ants | ♥ 1 | This game is very cool! I liked zooming out and just watching the ants. They look pretty good when searching for food. I personally prefer the color version, but the gray scale looks fine too. |
| Oct 23 20:29:11 | 14h 13m | Creature researcher | ♥ 1 | I couldn't figure out how to attract them at all and ended up looking at the source code to find out. I guess I would suggest a hint system so that if someone is stuck they don't just give up. The reticle box was confusing, I thought I must be missing some way to interact with the world. Once I understood what I was doing though it was a very cool game! The way the underground blocks only show themselves when you are close to them is very cool and the creature behavior is interesting. |
| Oct 25 21:39:47 | 49h 10m | Corporate Swarm | ♥ 0 | I didn't expect them to chase after you, ha ha. It was kinda scary when they all ran at me. Very nice game! |
