Apr 4 22:54:06 4m 25s 48 Hours Later ♥ 1 best time 2:30
Apr 4 23:28:44 34m 38s Don't Grow Up! ♥ 2 please nerf doggo :)
Apr 5 00:07:45 39m 01s EDM (Extinction Dino Meteor) ♥ 1 would have given you a high score on humor if you had it in your ratings just for this meme _U1g0Z.jpeg
Apr 5 02:03:50 1h 56m Heart of Atoms ♥ 1 I really liked the graphics and the theme here. I found the platforming very difficult, however and I couldn't manage to beat the first level. I think that's ok if it's what you meant to do but it can quickly become frustrating. I don't have any easy answers as level design is hard, and I also make platformers that people sometimes say are too hard, but one thing I like to do is have the first non-tutorial segment be roughly 1/3 as hard as I can manage to pull off myself. Then gradually create segments or levels that are incrementally harder but save the "oh shit" jumps for the end (and realistically, nerf them too if you want anybody to finish it).
Apr 5 02:07:55 4m 05s Boss Rush: Tibbs Under Fire! ♥ 1 This was so cute and fun. Yeah, the gameplay is a bit repetitive, but it reminded me of Secret of Mana or one of those grindy ARPGs where the combat loop is so fun that you can kind of just zone out. Really amazing what you've been able to create in just 72 hours. The art was, of course, awesome. One of the highlights of my first day of LD gameplay.
Apr 5 02:10:37 2m 42s OozGlorp in the Dungeon of Zlorx ♥ 2 One of my favorite platformers so far. The camera angle makes it a bit difficult to see what you are doing sometimes but the simple physics makes it predictable and easy to learn. Picking up clocks to permanently increase your timer is a good mechanic that lets you feel a sense of progression that you can keep rather than having to restart from the beginning again and again. I didn't manage to beat the first area but I'll come back to it and try again.
Apr 5 02:12:25 1m 48s Death and Taxes ♥ 0 I loved the aesthetic and humor but also ran into a bug where I tried to stash all of the money and the game crashed, not sure if it was related to the above but I'll try again later on.
Apr 5 02:13:31 1m 06s Don't protest me! ♥ 4 Hilarious dictator-simulator with a positive message about the inevitability of revolution and freedom. My hand went numb from clicking "Print money". 5/5
Apr 5 02:15:46 2m 15s Corrupted Runtime ♥ 2 Managed to beat the first level after a lot of tries but haven't been able to finish the other ones yet. Really fun and challenging platformer. Having 4 levels in a LD game is quite an achievement, and the corruption effect is super cool.
Apr 5 02:17:51 2m 05s Colony Defender ♥ 3 Really cool graphics and interface, I feel like if the gameplay elements were expanded this could be a neat RTS.
Apr 6 03:27:41 25h 09m Doomed To Progress ♥ 0 It would be nice if the abilities had a tooltip so that you could easily tell what your actions would do.
