It's a simple concept but you still need some solid strategy to win. The feeling of mustering troops for a mission is great and after a while the logistics just come natural. The time limit is a great touch on something that would otherwise probably feel stale and slow (like waiting for each other to make a move). I also like that you move at the same time and not every other turn. It makes it very intense. <br/> <br/>Nice graphics and pretty fitting audio as well (although the sound when losing a village is a bit loud). It's also very ambitious to make a multiplayer game and I'm impressed that you pulled it off. A couple of matched had 3 and even 4 players! <br/> <br/>I would love to see this become a fully featured game with a lobby, ranking and ladder etc. It reminds me of KDice (a multiplayer version of Dice Wars) but without the crazy randomness. You can't blame it on the RNG if you lose in Valley of Trolls. |
