| Dec 11 08:27:00 | Avalanche | Funny settings that made me laugh. Pitching down the music when the goat is falling was a nice touch. I was a bit frustrated by the controls and couldn't pass the first avalanche. Might try again another time. | |
| Dec 11 08:34:00 | 7m 00s | Game of the Probability Goose | Nice board game that looks polished but doesn't feel well probably due to lack of sound. I could win and had a good fun. I liked having different dices to choose from, that was a good game design decision. |
| Dec 16 14:47:00 | 126h 13m | An RPG For Ants | Cool game, a tad difficult but challenging. The visuals could have been a bit more anty. (Yes the title is a bit misleading but heh no big deal). |
| Dec 16 14:56:00 | 9m 00s | Randomaze | I had to play the post-ld to get the teleporter working. Fun and stressful. |
| Dec 16 15:03:00 | 7m 00s | Arena | Very pretty with a solid control scheme. I liked the diversity of the gameplay mechanics and the overall ambiance thanks to the consistent visual identity and the subtle sound effects. Nice job! |
| Dec 16 15:10:00 | 7m 00s | You are Green | Lots of character in this piece. Pleasant style and good mechanics. I liked the manuscripted hints, nice touch! |
| Dec 16 15:59:00 | 49m 00s | Through the Windows | I really like your idea with the game window! Clever interpretation of the theme (and good game title). Unfortunately, I wasn't able to run the game on my mac using Parallel Desktop as it complained about my graphic card not supporting Direct3D. Sorry! |
| Dec 16 16:11:00 | 12m 00s | Angelfall | I confirm the exe doesn't launch and prompt to open a file instead. I could launch through Game Maker: Studio though. The game is ok but a bit simple. I couldn't really feel any difficulty and was wondering if the spawning of the demons would change. I couldn't spot any gameplay difference between the stances, maybe you should have make them more obvious. |
| Dec 18 13:17:00 | 45h 06m | Go Out Screen | Well done. I like the idea but it would have been great to see more out of it with different levels and expanding on the mechanic. |
| Dec 18 14:13:00 | 56m 00s | Spacebank Heist | Fun piece of Hotline Miami action. A bit too hard at first. The enemies are difficult to aim at and the crosshair is indeed a good suggestion. The graphics are simple but represent well enough the scene. Music was a bit repetitive and annoying but still a little funny. |
| Dec 18 14:21:00 | 8m 00s | Dot Dungeon | Very difficult to kill anything but there is a strong appeal to discover the rest of the dungeon. I got frustrated to be blocked by the enemies without any way to escape. Maybe adding a short invincibility period for the player to regroup when getting hit would make the more enjoyable. <br/>At some point I got to see the flixel debug console, not sure how (I didn't know Stencyl used flixel!). Overall it is still a nice little game that deserves some attention. |
| Dec 18 14:27:00 | 6m 00s | Fire in Cage | Good focus on the details. I liked the blood splatters, the enemy sprites are great. I liked the warping mechanic to avoid the monsters and also the way monsters spawns. Too bad there is no sound, it would have made the world a bit more lively. |
| Dec 18 14:36:00 | 9m 00s | Where is my sword?! | Superb ambiance with nice graphics. I like the smart core mechanic with a good risk/reward balance. The destructive floor is a nice touch. I would have liked to be able to escape more easily from the mob if I get blocked. |
