| Aug 25 20:51:00 | Tropical Transit | I had a lot of fun, with this. Big humor points for when the people try to swim back to the island. It made me giggle. This game has a lot of charm.

Potential area for improvement? I think the music could be changed a little. Perhaps something a bit more up-beat and arcadey. But that is just one man's opinion.

Overall, I really liked it. You should be happy with this submission. | |
| Aug 25 21:29:00 | 38m 00s | Super Pom Porom Quest 2 | Very cute. And I really liked the contrast between the two worlds. It seems like you put a lot of thought into the level design, which is hard to do under the pressures of time.

I really enjoyed this one. Possible areas to improve? Sounds, man. It would really bring this game together. Otherwise, nice work. |
| Aug 25 21:58:00 | 29m 00s | Ferryman | A really fantastic submission. Although the art wasn't the most spectacular thing in the world, I still found it really charming. I thought your use of sound was incredibly effective, and I loved the little music loop. The game was very simple, but very fun. And I love your take on the theme 'Connected Worlds'.

Congrats on a great submission. |
| Aug 25 22:14:00 | 16m 00s | Between Worlds | Seems like you put a lot of effort into level design. Visually, the game is great. Nice simple shapes and colours which I'm a big fan of.

I did however, encounter what seemed to be a problem in level design, where I was stuck and couldn't switch between worlds, no matter where I went.

Aside from that, really cool game. |
| Aug 27 19:05:00 | 44h 51m | Light Rails | I was pretty confused as to how to play/win. The visuals were lovely. Really liked the style. And it seemed to fit the theme, even if it was a little confusing. |
| Aug 27 19:10:00 | 5m 00s | Melody's Long Ladder Home | Controls could use a little tuning. For example, have the player only switch sides when they are completely off the screen. It was a little confusing.

Otherwise, quite fun. Nice and colourful. I wasn't too sure as to how it was related to the theme, but still, fun game. |
| Aug 27 19:21:00 | 11m 00s | Midnight | Really great atmosphere. Cute visuals. I had a lot of fun. Good work. |
| Aug 27 19:31:00 | 10m 00s | Angel or Demon | Fun concept. Killing those little guys was scarily satisfying. Interesting take on the theme. |
| Aug 31 19:23:00 | 95h 52m | Connected buddies | Congrats on your first Ludum Dare. This was my first ever Ludum Dare too, and I understand how big it feels!

Interesting concept you had going. I'd like to see more. I think you've got an eye for minimalist style. Perhaps next time, really expand on that!

Really liked the music, btw.

Good work, man. |
| Aug 31 19:29:00 | 6m 00s | Resource Islands | Interesting idea. I imagine with a little more time, this could be a cool game.

If I was to give one piece of advice, it would be to speed this game up. The slow interaction and slow walk speed had a big impact on how the game felt. I imagine speeding it up would make it pretty fun. |
| Aug 31 19:33:00 | 4m 00s | Gingerbread Odyssey | Not entirely sure on how it relates to connected worlds (maybe I didn't get far enough) but I had fun. I thought the art was cute, and boy do I love all the pink. With more than a couple days, I think you could expand the idea a lot. |
| Sep 6 11:25:00 | 135h 52m | TimeCops | Incredibly difficult, but I loved the theme and the art. The music was cool too. Really solid entry. Well done. |
| Sep 6 11:30:00 | 5m 00s | Polypus | I think its important to learn where to focus your efforts. The game wasn't particularly fun. Which is the key thing to any game entry. I'd reccommend spending much more time on actual gameplay. Well done on your second entry though. |
| Sep 6 11:35:00 | 5m 00s | Astral Crossroads | The game's gorgeous and fun. There was a nice atmosphere to it. Well done.

However, there is a bug where you can fall off the map, on the first level. Once you take the stairs down to the island on the far right, you can walk straight off it. |
| Sep 6 11:38:00 | 3m 00s | Boat/Mouth | Man this art work is really great. The giant muscley character was funny, and the boat gameplay was really fun. There were some hilarious glitches involving the water though. Those waves went insane really quickly.

Thanks for this submission. I really had fun playing it. |
| Sep 6 11:41:00 | 3m 00s | Crepuscular | It's a shame you weren't able to make more levels. I really enjoyed what I played. Liked the art style and the idea of aligning the two worlds was very cool. Good job. |
| Sep 6 11:50:00 | 9m 00s | Provider Bob | Well done on the entry. The art is pretty well done. However I though it got old fairly quickly. It could use another element to add some depth to it.

Otherwise, good work guys. |
| Sep 9 09:46:00 | 69h 56m | STREAM | Cool idea. And it looks lovely. I'd love to see the idea expanded a bit. Perhaps more of an objective. But I understand that games are always a bit rushed during comps. |
| Sep 9 09:56:00 | 10m 00s | Four Worlds | Super, super confusing. The game play was really good, and the level design seemed good. But visually, it was hard to keep track of what was going on. To improve, I'd recommend changing the layout of the screen and perhaps improving the visuals so things look less cluttered.

Otherwise, cool game. Fun and challenging. |
| Sep 9 10:08:00 | 12m 00s | Polaris Imperius Pollux Epsilon | Really fun. Feel-good shooting and excellent sounds. It got really hard, really quickly though. I'd be fine against 1 or 2 enemies. Then suddenly like 4-5 would swarm me and I'd lose all my health almost instantly. Maybe some audio cues to let me know that enemies are spawning from else where.

Otherwise, a really really good submission. Actually fun. Which is something a lot of GameJam entries miss. |
