Apr 24 03:46:00 When Worlds Collide Not much gameplay but its fun destroying the planet.
Apr 26 02:27:00 46h 41m Interstellar Planet-Ship Adventures: The Search for... $@#% Aliens!!!!!! We talked a little bit on the Tigsource about our games being confusing. Now that I've played it I don't think the interface is very confusing, but the way selection works is. <br/>My suggestions are to make clicking on another unit select that unit, to allow right click to deselect. Also you should be able to place buildings by clicking on their icons and then clicking on the map. The freeform building is weird and feels buggy, there should be designated building spots. It should also be more clear when civilians activate a specific building. It seems like they are somewhat autonomous? Like you can send a youth to a specific building and they randomly decide whether or not they want to upgrade? Either that or the building collision is buggy and it's hard to position units, I couldn't really tell. <br/> <br/>The biggest problem I had was I didn't really get any feedback about if I was playing right or wrong. After X amount of time it seems like you just die randomly. I expected to see alien sprites spawn on the map and murder my civilians. Instead I play for a little while, and the game randomly tells me I lose. <br/> <br/>Overall its a cool idea, its just way too hard to do anything, and it feels like the game is buggy and it's not by design.
Apr 26 02:31:00 4m 00s Unforbidden Planetoid Awesome graphics. Nice to see such a polished Processing based entry. Can't wait until the gameplay is finished.
Apr 26 02:38:00 7m 00s Cyberoid Like it's been said before. The game needs some scoring. It also looks like you can't really die? Just adding a high score, death and a game over screen would improve the game immensely and give player's some challenge and feedback. <br/> <br/>Work on the feel of the jet pack (it's a little too heavy\weighty now) and have some more interesting enemy patterns. Enemies that chase you would be a good start (http://flashgamedojo.com/wiki/index.php?title=Homing_Missile). More levels would be a good next step.
Apr 26 02:55:00 17m 00s Redeye Fun game. A little slow on my machine (tried it with FF and Chrome), maybe Crafty.js isn't the speediest library? Other HTML5\Canvas games run smoothly. Sound would have helped a lot.
Apr 26 03:11:00 16m 00s Puny World Not really a game, but good graphics and it's always fun to blow shit up.
Apr 26 03:19:00 8m 00s Tiny Wor ds Clever idea.
Apr 26 03:35:00 16m 00s microchip Cool game. Graphics and the fake glitchiness\computer world remind me of Fez :).
Apr 26 03:45:00 10m 00s TinyInspiration Awesome game, one of my favorite in the compo due to the weirdness and the humor of it. The interface is clunky and somewhat broken, and it's a great example of misuse of Unity (seems like it would have been way easier to make this game with the Flash IDE?) but great results.
Apr 26 03:52:00 7m 00s Free Donutia Cool game. Really like the graphics and the armies of little dudes. Would be great if there was a little more strategy and challenge involved.
Apr 26 04:03:00 11m 00s Tiny Vessels Great game, had an emotional impact on me.
Apr 26 04:14:00 11m 00s caveman defending his cave from aliens while monoliths drop down from the sky The weapon system is cool and shooting aliens is fun. Death seemed a little confusing and random until I read the title :). Having some warning about nearby aliens would be nice. The way the game is set up now eventually aliens spawn to quickly and you just have to spam fire until they move away from your house.
Apr 30 01:03:00 92h 49m World runner It's like Canabalt on crack :). In some ways the speed makes it fun, but it needs some tuning. Collision seems a little buggy also. Pretty fun game though, if not particularly innovative.
Apr 30 01:48:00 45m 00s DANCING NINJA! WTF, nice joke game.
Apr 30 01:52:00 4m 00s Epiquest - mini edition Cool concept. Fits the theme really well.
Apr 30 02:00:00 8m 00s stack::tracer() Very cool concept but pretty sparse on level design. The last level finally starts introducing some interesting constraints to the game. Namely that blocks are limited resources and you can't always "collect" a block and fall safely. I'd like to see some more levels exploring that. Tons of potential here, make some more levels and add some more mechanics!
May 2 00:52:00 46h 52m Lilac.27 Cute game. The last couple of hard levels feel a little unfair but there is basically no penalty for death so it's not a big deal.
May 3 00:48:00 23h 56m Kumiho Awesome game, probably my favorite of the entire compo. It's like bullet hell double dutch. The entire game makes me pine for the days when indie developers were making shmups with innovative mechanics instead of puzzle platformers or first person puzzle games.
May 12 19:28:00 234h 40m It's a Small World: The F.P.S. Simple game but pretty funny.
May 12 19:45:00 17m 00s so small Really weird game.
May 12 19:54:00 9m 00s Wander Cool idea. I was hoping for more of a game in the minimap though. The idea is great, and although it's entertaining as the semi-interactive gimmick it would be better with actual gameplay.
May 12 20:06:00 12m 00s To What a Mountain? Hah hilarious game.
