Ok I played it and the only name I discovered was SISI, in a note near the beginning. As SISI I can discover the stranger's body. The only other endings I found were leaving the cave and eating a mushroom. I learned about RON from this forum, but I'm not sure how I'm supposed to discover his existence. I played as him, but the dragon wasn't there.
