Very nice idea, the music + the graphics are simple but give your game a good vibe, keep the good work. However, as many already said, your controller (or rather the jump) definitely needs to be improved, especially for a platformer like this. Improve your controller, give your game more levels and you'll have a really nice game there.
Nice entry ! Very creative, fun and challenging. A suggestion though : it can be very frustrating to be blocked at a turn because you are not perfectly aligned with the corridor you wish to go through, so maybe you could add some sort of slide to make it more permissive ?
