If you are going to make a player start your whole game over when they die, it needs to be even remotely fun enough for them to want to do so. This isn't.
Loved the game. Great atmosphere and music. First try I made 1000 meters. Second try I figured out how the jet works and made it over 20,000. :) The dichotomy between the tank and jet forms works phenomenally.
