No, the enemies don't have tactics, they're based on totally random movements, where the x and y they move is getting larger over time. That's why it's called Obviously Unfair, since there is no real tactic to winning.
The best part is the fact that since just x and y is involved, and no momentum, they don't even slow down before they turn and R.K.O you ;D
3091. Stayed in the middle of the screen moving in a small circle trying to dodge enemies close by.
I like it, even the player movement momentum which rather atypical.
