This technically isn't a Web link as the link just redirects to a download of a Windows EXE.
Foon → Ludum Dare Explorer → MiniLD → MiniLD 67 → PACMAN Show case

A few things I think can improve your game
- Add a way to win the game, eating everything doesn't end the game.
- Add a score and give points for fruits and ghosts
- make the game window bigger
- add some sounds and music, it can really makes a difference
