Very cool! Awesome graphics and music. For improvement, I would make the score counter visible (I couldn't tell if I had enough points to buy a tank, etc.) and placing units easier. Overall, very good!
@geekguy100, It shows your resources on the top of the screen. Try fullscreening the game if you cannot see it.
