It's pretty nice, there's a lot of stuff going on. I'm not sure if I got it, but the lady chopping your head off is the winning state, right? That would be a very clever usage of the theme. I like the sounds you make with your voice. The art could be more consistent and I don't like that the controls are scattered around the keyboard - especially that E and P are far apart (and E is nearing R). Some more clear instructions could be nice too.
