The enemies seem to not care whether or not I shoot them so I just ran through it. Baby got bit once but I did it!
I'm curious about your reasoning behind the reload mechanic. It was as though I was frantically fumbling to reload my gun one bullet at a time, which added to the tension of helplessly watching as enemies make their way towards the baby.
