You should update the page since the "Windows Download Link" is actually a HTML 5 page link
Foon → Ludum Dare Explorer → LD44 → Greedy HP

Looks fun but i dont have friends or a gamepad xD
very fun game, but its hard to find 4 people to play locally, bots would be nice
Cuuute. Hungry Hungry Hippos meets the Sushi-go-round minigame from Pokemon Stadium. The menu music reminds me alot of the stuff hear on Spongebob. A really tight & elegant party game. Good job guys :)
That's a cute game but it's hard for most players to have a taste, since you need multiple players and gamepad to control.
@nico-the-pro, I fixed that, now you have both the WebGL version playable in-browser and a link to download the Windows version on https://bouergh.itch.io/greedy-hp ;) That's our first step toward making it playable by more people. :smile:
If I find the time, I plan to make keyboard controls for 1 or 2 players in addition to the gamepads. But if you have no friends @jofersgames / @fiiction you'll still only be able to try the gameplay on 1 character with the others idle, sorry :cry: (edit : I think it counts as a new feature so even if I do this I'll probably name the build differently and specify that this was added after the beginning of the jam ? I really want to make people able to use a keyboard instead but maybe it's against the rules :/ )
Can't really make bots right now, and even though less people will be able to enjoy the game during the jam, I think a big part of the experience is to speak with your friends in local game @korteh . You should still be able to have a bit of fun with only 2 or 3 players though (the game only requires 1 gamepad to launch right now).
@youpeoples I know, right ? :smile: Thank you !
Thanks for your feedback everyone !
Damn, well played, it's a fun game and congratulation on you webGl build, it can sometime get buggy, we did not successfully built our game on WebGL but i'm not losing hope
Thanks @black-potion , I know the pain and I think I was quite lucky with the WebGL build, but this time I just had to remove a useless package and it built out of the box ! Unity is great :smile: It's also a good thing the assets made by our very talented artists were both beautiful and lightweight : I feel like Greedy HP loads faster on WebGL than some other games I tried today !
