The download was a single EXE. To my understanding, Unity doesn't get distributed that way source: https://answers.unity.com/questions/626239/a-truly-stand-alone-exe.html

If so, can I know how you did it? That would be so much easier!

You have to give us the full build file (The mono folder, the unity dll, etc.)
