I like how you mixed both genres together. Gameplay in the 3d world is a bit buggy and it took me a bit to understand that you have to get things that fall and people could attack you. They wasn't a danger though. I like the game, if expanded it could be a very interesting game. Good job!
I'm not sure if it is a bug or something, but I literally won the game by not moving at all, and just placing factories until the tech reached 200, and I didn't really get the rocket. Like why it was there? What was its purpose? I would have loved to get some backstory. And it was a bit wierd to not know how much each building cost.
Overall, not sure if I fully got this game. It was a good idea, that would have had a good chance to be something great. Audio & graphics were good. But my guess is that you spent too much time on those, and really didn't have time to playtest & make gameplay good. But that is just my guess.
Wow you managed to make complex mechanics to your compo game! I found it a little hard first to grasp what was my goal but eventually i was robbing everyones garbage and building massive cities haha. Im not sure if I fully grasped the goal eventually but overall execution of the project was good and bug free! Nice job abdonatioera!
