I really like how the game looks but the controls feel impossible to me.. it would have make more sense if the jump button was the space bar or something bc having it be part of the buttons controlling direction kept making me hit the other buttons and messing up jumps..
The game is cool, character is a bit slippery but i got used to it. The art is cool too but it's kinda hard to distinguish between what's in the background and what is not ( specially plants that hits you ).
The mood in this game is great! I liked both the music and the artstyle, there's a real sense of horror in here. The life mechanic was great, and lead to the ironic scenario of getting more life being a death sentence haha. The thing that holds the game back is the controls. Too unresponisve and slippery, making the platforming really hard. Otherwise, really nicely done!
