While it quickly becomes a game of "how fast you can click the X's", it is fun it it's own way.

It's a cool idea, it's fun to pay at the beggining. It can get a little repetitive later on, especially with the short music loop.

I liked playing Mastermind as a kid so this brings me back. That said, the strategy is immediately obvious and makes the game less fun as a whole as it's been pointed out by others. Could easily be turned into a really solid game if you added changing colors along with something else (like shapes?) and making a "half right" result, it'd feel much more fun. Overall, I'll give this game a solid 6/5 in the nostalgia trip category.

Thank god for the mute audio button; the track is just way too short. Gameplay is pretty easy since you can just cycle through each color quickly and submit the solution. It's not bad but because you're not punished for spamming solutions, it becomes too easy.

To be fair this is like my 1st time in 5 years touching a DAW...I knew someone would appreciate the mute button. Also the punishment for missing the solution is you don't get some much time back once you get it right, but then again I could have spent more time on balancing the game out.

Straightforward and perfectly fits the theme. I agree with above posters, it could be more fun if you incorporate a strategic element rather than just speed and trial and error. An indicator for "you got the colors right but the order is wrong" would make it more classic Mastermind. Nice work!
