Hoy!
Quite cool entry, made me smile a lot :D
It's fun to see the game snowball, incomes come slowly at first, but ramp up very quickly: I only miss the fact that this money is just here to... errr... make even more money I guess ? That's the main problem of the game imo: it start very good, but you don't have any real choices do to.
"just build some houses, then some markets, then some factory, then..." could resume the game quite well for the moment. Well, it's not a problem when you have some stuff left to build, but when the map is full, it just becomes a waiting for the money (to upgrade the factory/market, wich is useless at this point).
In fact, it's too linear to be really interresting, there is pretty much no challenge for the player ==> you can't lose the game!
Maybe you could do something about that using the fire station for ex: (sometimes, fire starts in the factory, if you don't spend money to invest on firestation, you'll lose yore precious factory). Well, I think you get the point: give the player meaningfull choices to do, otherwise it's just a number race.
Don't know if you composed the music, but they are quite catchy by the way !
