Fits the theme and game play is simple but effective. Character variety is good as well.
Specific game play feedback:
*I like how you can barricade while reloading; "unrealistic" but it creates a nice rhythm.
*Emily's barricade speed is OP. Grizwald's is a little too slow.
*There's a reverse difficulty curve, since there's less zombies as you close more windows. Maybe the last window could spawn more zombies or stronger ones to keep the pressure up.
I originally intended to have at least one more type of zombie, but some things took longer than I anticipated. Thanks for the feedback btw!
Simple but effective. Definitely fits the theme. Nice character sheet too. Manual reloading feels clunky, but that more due to auto reloading being a thing. Also, the game feels a bit too easy. It's a bigger 'challenge' to remember to reload, than it is to kill the zombies.
I couldn't find a barricade decay rate that felt right, so I ended up choosing one that made the game easier, rather than impossible. I could've done automatic reloading, but that would've removed what challenge remained.
