I can't get back into the buy area

Cool top down counter-strike with frogs(?) and lasers! The doors could be a lot less annoying they're not clearly doors and they're directional (maybe arrows on the floors). Repetitive sound effects can be irritating try lower less sharp tones or adjusting the pitch each time.

you have to kill every monster (at the beginning using a knife)

The controls are a little bit weird and I had a bug once where it wouldn't let me in the buy zone again (even though I killed all monsters). But otherwise interesting concept.

Fun game! I enjoyed it more than I expected. The controls are very strange, and the shotgun is a bit OP. Also the sounds seriously hurt my ears so I couldn't play with my headphones on

There“s a bug you getting trapped in the room before the shop. Cool game though!

Fun! And clever interpretation of the theme.

Not bad (I like the shop), not innovative though.

Nice idea with the shop
But controls are weird. Why WASD moves it in local coorinates and not world?

hippolyta 2014-12-12 21:07

Nice little game, but the controls are imho a bit weird.

Well done!

I really need the side shift to play normally. )

Nice idea! My main issue was with the controls - with top-down shooters like this, its really best if the move controls are _independent_ of the aim controls. Nice work!

rjhunter 2014-12-17 01:21

I thought for a while the controls were sideways-WASD. It took a while to realise they were relative to the pointer. Innovative, but confusing.

I think there was a bug in the door opening/closing code -- I kept getting stuck in the room just before the shop :-(

An interesting interpretation of "entire game on one screen"!

A few problems.. Like getting back to the lobby and not geting killed :D
