Is it possible to upload it to anywhere else, too?

Unfortunately it looks like you didn't get to finish your game. I will say going forward you need to have a way to play your game without registering for a service. Most people will be unwilling to sign up for something just to try a single game out. PlayCanvas must have some sort of publishing option at least, if not I'd recommend using a different engine/tool building your games in the future.

I published it and updated the link as playcanvas does have a publishing system. I didn't realize you needed to be logged in to get those original links to work.
Don't expect anything special from that version though, it's pretty much an empty shell :)
