Really cool idea, though I couldn't get the parser to recognize much of my input and I kept dying after playing with the inventory.

Agreed, it was very rough >.< sorry.
It's a really cool game, I'd suggest to keep working on it.
Great work! Lots of reading though.
It seems nice, but the only things I managed to do was "help", "inventory" and "read book". I guess I'm not used enough to text adventure games...
