| Apr 4 21:56:54 | RESET | ♥ 2 | I'll say that i wasn't too satisfied with the gameplay or the art, but i can commend the work put into the story. I was able to get a laugh at a few points of the game as well, so i would say this is a success! | |
| Apr 4 23:01:30 | 1h 04m | Delayed Trickshot | ♥ 3 | Had an absolute blast playing this! At the start i could actually hear myself thinking "i wish the ball was more bouncy", and then you delivered immediately with the bounce pads. I would say this is stretching the theme a little bit, but that didn't make the game any less fun. Enjoy my solution for level 4 unknown.png |
| Apr 4 23:11:53 | 10m 23s | Catocalypse | ♥ 3 | Gameplay leaves a lot to be desired; controls are a bit too clunky. On the other hand; the art is absolutely gorgeous! |
| Apr 5 13:06:27 | 13h 54m | The Great Filter | ♥ 3 | Nice entry, i don't vibe too much with the gameplay but i still managed to get to turn 18. I think with a good overhaul to the controls and general game-feel this could be pretty good! |
| Apr 5 13:30:25 | 23m 58s | The Last Stand | ♥ 0 | Good entry; took a bit of time to learn how to play the game; but after that i had fun. Difficulty is a bit high though, even when i knew what i was doing. Browser version of the game was really laggy so i had to switch to the desktop version midway through. |
| Apr 5 15:09:15 | 1h 38m | Strata | ♥ 1 | Amazing entry! Stunning visual and audio design, great work! The amount of enemies was a little overwhelming, but i enjoyed the game a lot! |
| Apr 5 15:31:02 | 21m 47s | Starburst Force | ♥ 0 | I don't really have much to say about this game. There's not really an idea here i can give feedback on, it's too barebones. I'll say that the graphics were fine though, albeit a bit confusing in terms of perspective |
| Apr 6 22:08:19 | 30h 37m | FrameRaid | ♥ 0 | I get the concept and it's definitely an original idea. Unfortunately wasn't able to enjoy it that much, i don't exactly have a very powerful computer. |
| Apr 6 22:17:41 | 9m 22s | Inevitable Greenery | ♥ 2 | Some cute visuals all around, liked the background music as well. The water mechanics felt a little arbitrary, with how much water you needed for each plant and such. Also got stuck in that cutscene at the top of the tower and wasn't able to get out. |
| Apr 8 21:19:29 | 47h 01m | Post Solis | ♥ 6 | Incredible game. I don't have any big critiques besides the graphics being a little subpar, but i do have a couple little issues that require some attention - Whenever i can't access a resource node (lack of batteries, collector drones, etc) having to constantly unclick and click on the resource node again get the UI to update was a little annoying - Show what resources you still need to craft certain buildings. Whenever i couldn't build something i had to look at every resource to figure which was the one i needed - When scanning ruins you would get a fullscreen popup of what was found, but this interrupted my playing pretty often. Maybe something like the notifications in Rome: Total War? - After quite a bit of playing i accidentally destroyed my only remaining drone hangar, softlocking me. I like the core gameplay a lot, and would absolutely pay for a more fleshed out release. I'm looking forward to it if that ever happens 😄 |
| Apr 8 21:42:14 | 22m 45s | Listening to Rama | ♥ 3 | Took me a couple tries to get the game to be playable, pressing space to "skip" the dialogue apparently makes you unable to pull objects. For a game about audio, a little more filtering on the voice clips would've been nice (like static/noise, volume-mixing). Main menu seems a bit tacked on as well, i think it would've worked better if it just dropped you in straight. Otherwise i thought the graphics of the game itself were very nice, and fit well with the ambience. Good job on your first jam! |
