| Dec 17 01:33:00 | Berathen Jam | Like it,very reminiscent warioware | |
| Dec 17 18:24:00 | 16h 51m | Only One | Excellent sense of atmosphere - I especially liked the intro sequence. The text set up the "story" well, and the sound effects (again, especially at the beginning) worked quite well.

The biggest issue is, indeed, collision detection and controls. I managed to get through most of the game by "flying" as you can jump as many times as you want. I would often get my head stuck in the ceiling though, and holding forward had no effect once I was stopped.

Perhaps you can throw in some landmarks to give a sense of motion - I was half expecting to discover that I'd been replaying the same section over and over again. Also, make the outside bright, happy and rewarding.

Thanks for putting this together! |
| Dec 17 18:29:00 | 5m 00s | The Bridge | Very simple, but interesting. I was not expecting the z axis to be usable (pushing off front/back), but it provides an interesting twist on a "2d" platform fighter. A longer audio clip would serve you well, methinks.

Night use of shadows and lighting for drama. Thanks for submitting! |
| Dec 17 18:36:00 | 7m 00s | Imposter | An interesting idea, but I feel that winning is somewhat random dumb luck. Perhaps if there were many clues, either in the room or in backstory, or each said something contradictory...

I like the art style - I felt like I was playing an old Sierra game. Playing multiple times (cheating perhaps?) the "plot/setup" screen was getting annoying, perhaps make it skippable? Thanks for the game! |
| Dec 17 18:44:00 | 8m 00s | This world is broken | One of the better games I've seen so far. Good premise, solid controls (all 3 buttons), and nice visual style. Difficulty curve shot up on level 6ish - the level with the floor you can get stuck on. I think it would be helpful if I could arrow in the direction I want to jump before pressing jump - maybe you "stick" to walls automatically, and then can jump off? Thanks for putting this together! |
| Dec 17 18:53:00 | 9m 00s | Extreme Curling | Ran smoothly on a Nexus 4. Yep, this could be addictive. Great plot screen, espcially when paired with screeching guitars. Hit detection is hard but fair, powerups are interesting (make sure you play until you get a broom), and controls feed responsive. Solid game! |
| Dec 17 19:54:00 | 1h 01m | You Only Get One Gift (for christmas) | Not bad at all. The game runs very smoothly, and the graphics are simple yet effective. Graphically speaking, the only thing I would look into is making the standard wooden doors "pop out" from the floor - I generally only saw them after I bounded off of them a time or two.

It would be nice to have a visual inventory showing which keys/cards that you have. Strafing would also be a nice touch :)

Thanks for putting this together, and good work! |
| Dec 18 01:52:00 | 5h 58m | Sole Survivor | Good "tag" game, as noted in the other comments. I'm impressed that you would take on a game that involves networking when you've got such a short time frame, well done.

Gameplay lacks a bit of variety, and I did encounter a few bugs while playing - my player shrunk down to mouse size, but I don't know why. I did eventually turn into a monster, but it was rather confusing. A bit more direction (instructions, etc) might be helpful.

I like the painted look of the world, and sound effects, though there's a reason why they only use the Wilhelm scream once (maybe twice) per movie. |
| Dec 18 01:58:00 | 6m 00s | Stillness of the Beast | Interesting concept for a game. Initially confusing at first, consider perhaps adding instructions to the main menu page. The action occurs so quickly that I feel there's a bit too much random chance involved, though I did get to add a few swords to my belt by the time I was done playing. A bit too much of a pause after each kill/death. Nice audio, good background art. Thanks for putting this up for critique! |
| Dec 20 02:25:00 | 48h 27m | Asteroids:Omega | Really nice game, loved the feel and logic of the puzzles. Some were just crazy, i'll shoot at this angle and hope something good happens, but all around a solid game. |
