| Apr 30 00:20:00 | TRANSFER_THEM | Not sure I understood the controls. The game really felt like it was completely random. The music and graphics were good and really fit the theme. | |
| Apr 30 00:26:00 | 6m 00s | Micro Battles | Nice simple game. I would have been nice if the upgrade menu paused the game. The artistic style was very nice. |
| Apr 30 00:29:00 | 3m 00s | MiniMaul | I trued to play, but Symantec flagged the file as a threat. Is suspect it was because it was hosted on mediafire. |
| Apr 30 00:37:00 | 8m 00s | Minimal Defense | Thanks for making a web game! It felt a bit awkward having the cannon so far away from the thing it was defending, but it did make the game different from the typical Space Invaders clone. Slowing down the rate of fire would probably be a good tweak. It seemed like you could just spam the space bar to handle just about anything. |
| Apr 30 00:41:00 | 4m 00s | FLIP | I like this game. It really fits the theme well. One suggestion I would offer is that you give a grace period after taking damage, or have knockback effect to get you out of the red square. Once it gets crazy, it was hard to see which red square I was in. |
| Apr 30 00:43:00 | 2m 00s | Back to Rainbows | Can't launch the game, it is missing MSVCR110.dll |
| Apr 30 00:49:00 | 6m 00s | Shape Attack | It was tough to understand what was going on with this game. I played one game where the screen cleared completely before I even moved the square/circle avatar.

As for the sound, did you validate that your sound files were in the .jar file? I used Slick2D for my game, and Eclipse did NOT bundle the resource files into the .jar. I had to use 7zip to add them manually. |
| Apr 30 00:54:00 | 5m 00s | RedShot | I loved the transition between the score room and the arena. I don't understand what it takes to get a win. |
| Apr 30 01:01:00 | 7m 00s | Black vs. White | It took way too long for me to figure out that control was to fire. Space or up arrow might have been a better chance, maybe even all three?

As a suggestion, perhaps the hitboxes on the enemies are too big. It seemed like I could sit in one place and spam fire and survive indefinitely.

I really liked the way the colors changed and the player seemed to get more black, as the enemies go more white. Like you were becoming more evil as you killed more. |
| Apr 30 01:06:00 | 5m 00s | Blitz's Minimalistic Runner | Good first entry! They get easier as you practice.

I think you might increase the "gravity force" to bring the guy down faster. I found I was constantly over jumping the platforms. Also, I'm not sure if you intended to have a "double jump" but it worked out that it did.

This definitely fit the theme. The mechanic has potential. |
| Apr 30 01:11:00 | 5m 00s | RPS RTS | Very fun game. Interesting concept. I also had difficulty remember which shape beat which shape. Though I figured it out during the game and ended up winning.

Good Job! |
| Apr 30 01:24:00 | 13m 00s | Protector | Way too much going on with controlling both ships. It felt like an overly complicated asteroids.

I liked the audio. |
| Apr 30 01:28:00 | 4m 00s | Refracted | I liked the way you used combinations of colors to block in unique ways. The camera was sluggish, making some ares difficult to follow. |
| Apr 30 01:32:00 | 4m 00s | O | I really enjoyed this game. I love the way you could see the track going on forever in the distance. I kept getting hung up on the up/down camera controls. They felt backward to me.

Great job! |
| Apr 30 01:38:00 | 6m 00s | JEB_001 | Pretty good game. The tutorial screen changed before I was done reading the controls.

Collision detection never quite seemed to be in line with the actual environment. Sometimes it was way off, sometimes it was OK.

I really like the player animations. |
| Apr 30 01:41:00 | 3m 00s | Angry Viking vs Minimalist Hipsters | Interesting take on the theme.

The dialog was a bit vulgar for the competition. I could see some folks being offended. |
| Apr 30 01:46:00 | 5m 00s | Minima | Interesting take on the theme. The graphics and music were great. I liked how the controls were a bit "sluggish" and the ship has a bit of momentum.

Great Job! |
| Apr 30 01:49:00 | 3m 00s | Minimalists Tower | Won't run for me. Gives a generic "LD26 has stopped working" message. |
| Apr 30 01:54:00 | 5m 00s | Bouncy Ball Extreme | I really liked this game. The ball is a bit too controllable. Perhaps making the controls a bit more "wild", like not so steerable while in the air, or maybe reflect off of objects at the angle you hit it. |
| May 2 01:16:00 | 47h 22m | Untitled Part IIIa | No windows/web port :( |
| May 2 01:19:00 | 3m 00s | xro48 | I loved the sound and how it related to the events on the screen. I have no idea what the object of the game is. |
| May 2 01:35:00 | 16m 00s | A Simple Circle | I LOVED, LOVED, LOVED this game! |
| May 4 00:47:00 | 47h 12m | PNG | I also get: "This application is not correctly embedded (wrong wmode value)" |
| May 4 00:48:00 | 1m 00s | Pleistocene | I can't compile it :( |
| May 4 01:12:00 | 24m 00s | Crescendo | Good game. The controls were awkward. The ball moved while trying to place blocks. Perhaps W-A-D or Arrow keys to move the ball would have been a bit more natural. |
| May 4 01:14:00 | 2m 00s | Blind | It didn't do anything except display BLIND start screen. |
| May 4 01:21:00 | 7m 00s | MiniCrawler | I agree with the comments on the controls. Why do the enemy attacks go through walls? Why can't I attack, I obviously have a sword. |
| May 4 01:22:00 | 1m 00s | The Silent | Mediafire didn't like me. It just kept giving an error "There is a problem with your download" |
| May 4 01:27:00 | 5m 00s | P27 | Great game! It took me a few screens to figure out the controls, but that was part of the fun. I like what you did with the art. It would have been nice to see some of the boxes drawn on the screen fill in with color randomly. But that's just an aesthetic I'd like to see. It certainly has nothing to do with gameplay. |
| May 4 01:37:00 | 10m 00s | Too Small | The only suggestion I have is to have some sort of sword strength indicator. It seemed that sometimes I could kill 3 enemies per sword, sometimes more. |
| May 4 01:38:00 | 1m 00s | Square Circle Triangle | No Mac. I can't play this game. |
| May 4 01:41:00 | 3m 00s | Car Lancers | Interesting game, but it took WAY too long for the cars to meet. |
| May 4 01:45:00 | 4m 00s | Minimal Memory | Interesting game. Very difficult, at least for me. |
| May 8 00:37:00 | 94h 52m | Y&P | It would have been better if the player didn't randomly move after catching the potato. |
| May 8 00:53:00 | 16m 00s | Bonk | I get what you were going for, but the audio didn't seem to track with the ball movement at all for me. I tried several times, but the audio seemed completely random. After 10 volleys, it was just a matter of waiting for the end. |
| May 8 00:54:00 | 1m 00s | The Minimalistic Plattformer | Wouldn't run. I just got a window saying Ludum Dare 26.exe has stopped working. |
| May 8 01:06:00 | 12m 00s | Minimalismia | I couldn't get it to run |
| May 8 01:19:00 | 13m 00s | Bleed Or Die | I LOVED the art! The controls were a bit lacking. The 'A' key didn't do anything, so I had to use the arrows. |
