I've been following you on the GameDevLeague Discord so it's nice to see your game get finished. It definately fits the theme! It's hard as heck though and a bit distressing since you've got cats dying of hunger and thirst all around you.
I like the way you implemented the hunger and thirst meters.
My biggest complaint comes down to realism; cats typically feed and water themselves from sources you provide, rather than being handfed and hand watered. I'd suggest you switch it around and have the player try to keep bowls full instead of cats full. That's just my idea though.
All in all I think you did a decent job for a compo game and I gave you an okay rating.
