Really cool idea, though it took me a little while to understand the mechanic on the first level :D I admit by the end of the demo, it got a little easy to just place the bomb where the will be a bridge then walk to the button. Player movement felt great, and I thought the graphics looks awesome. Really impressed you did this in SDL!
fun to run around avoid the bullet hell! I like the idea of being sent to different planes every 10 seconds, though I'm not sure what my goal is in the game. I might also recommend adding a cursor or sight line of some kind so I can more easily tell where I'm shooting (:
