LD22 — Alone

Real quick, I'd like to state that the map's tiles are a little quirky and I wish I had more time to fix that and include some other form of enemy, but I had a GREAT time participating in my first Ludum Dare comp and I hope to participate in many more to come!

TIP: You can press Escape during the intro to skip it. It's a timed intro for instructions and what-not.

@Cleggy:
Originally it was too hard and so last minutes I changed the rates of the enemy infliction towards the credit. Bad call on my part. I would have rather had it stress-fully challenging than too easy, in my opinion. And yes, I ran out of time before submitting. If I had known there was an extra submission hour, I probably would have abused that and made more levels, but it was my first time. I definitely know what to work on the most next time.

@Shigor:
Thanks for the compliment on my theme abuse! Yes, I'm aware of the easiness factor. I'm bummed myself about it.

All-in-all it was a fun experience and I definitely learned my strengths and weaknesses so I can do much better in the next comp. Thanks for the feedback, both of you!

@pythong:

Turns out the library I was using had a bug on windows to lock up and not exit. I'm sorry about that.

Thanks for the compliments! I wish I never changed the difficulty factor last-minute.

I'm more than prepared for next ludum dare though. Looking forward to it.
