I purposely made the player start with extremely low stats to force them to work up to it

@Desi Quintans You have to kill different enemies to raise different stats. So if you only kill the tanks your hp is the only thing thats going to increase.
Also if you kill the anti's that gets you a pretty large stat drop
Try using py2exe to build windows exes! It works great with all of the libraries you used
