Good game! I completed the first two levels, but I couldn't climb on the first ladder of the third one (may a bug?). The game itself was a good platformer despite some flaws like lack of checkpoints (maybe to emphasize the memorize concept) or maybe better controls (what I said above for example). Anyway, good game for a mini LD :)

Thanks :) it's very strange, i re download my own game to play it again and see if i submit it with this problem, but i don't see the same situation :) in the third level i climb the ladder with no problems.
To climb a ladder when the character is under : probably you don't push the Up arrow key to making the character moving up after he jump on the ladder ? : / because in the first and second level we can climb somes ladders without pressing up or down arrow key, the character climb automatacally.
And if it was a bug i'm sorry i don't believe this part can have this sort of problem i try to see if i have this problem, testing some situations like "try to be hitted by the enemy when the character is on the ladder etc etc "
i think sometime there is a bug where you need to move a little bit on the left or on the right to have the possibility moving up on the ladder but i don't where the problem come from
Okay, so I am on a windows machine and got around to play a few mini ld games again. I tried your game and it was very cool, I had a lot of fun playing but couldn't figure out how to get past one place with spikes. The art and music was really good. Good job on the game :)
