@Tosic This probably isn't the place to ask when the tool jam ends, I don't run this site.
Reading the main post for jam you should see that submission closes a week after the 1st of June (8th). http://www.ludumdare.com/compo/2014/05/22/minild-51-revenge-of-the-tool-jam/
