Very good game! I liked its complexity and the strategy.
Only I would make 3 options:
-fast match (arrive until pollinated 25%)
-medium match (arrive until pollinated 50%)
-slow match (arrive until pollinated 100%)
So that it can be playable if you have few time.

Indeed there are some recalibrations to do, and your suggestion is interesting. In this spirit, I consider spliting the game in two phases: first growing the plant so that it gets mature, then being pollinated so that you have offsprings :)
