Oh god! The music is so bad that it's good. I couldn't help and kept laughing as I'm listening to the "terrible" music. xD
I suspect that there might be a bug tho. The game's running way too slow on my computer and I lose the game before I could make enough money to obtain a single upgrade.
@jan-sate This is the first piece of music I've ever made for a game, so I understand it might be bad. You can disable it by pressing the N key. Regarding the freezing, the game runs with a freeze because it has an interval system to "load" the scan, which is why the game appears to be freezing.
I really like the consistent art style, has a really cool feel. perhaps some feedback on screen to show how numbers buy upgrades would help, i could see this evolving into something really fun.
