@Kiologyn I've tested it on Arch, and Windows 11, I've also tested it on another Windows 11 PC, and had some friends on Win 11, and 10 test it, it has worked flawlessly for everyone.
It sucks that it's not running for you, however, without more info about your setup, or what you did, I can't really help you.
You did unzip it right, youre not trying to start the .exe from within the .zip? The reason I'm asking is because that path looks like you didn't unzip it, and it's just running from some temporary location, probably generated when trying to run it from the zip. In that case, it won't find the assets, which is a directory within the release directory, and they are crucial for the game, without them it will crash.
@qvantry running directly from the archiver shouldn't be a reason for crash, because it also unpacks all files like as manually. so, not destined i guess
@Kiologyn I admit that I am indeed lacking in the knowledge department when it comes to the intricacies of how different compression software work, and I admit that what you described might very well be the case, but are you sure that it unpacks the entire thing, and not just the file youre trying to access? Did you try running it outside of the archive?
@qvantry completely sure. i also tried to unzip all the files to the desktop
