I enjoyed playing your game, but it was pretty unclear to me what exactly I was suppose to be doing even after rereading the tutorial. I'd like a walkthrough video to show what the final outcome is! I really love the feeling you've created here. It's very dark and works well with the pixel low poly style. I would have liked to see move feedback from the patient about what/if my actions were accomplishing anything. Sounds were great, and seeing the figures begin to gather was spooky. If you're open to suggestion, I believe showing the fluids could have helped communicate what was going on, and could have potentially played into the theme mechanically. Maybe vials of fluid could break if you inject too fast, giving you more to do and also play into the theme of instability. Overall this was super cool, thanks for sharing!

@noahwus Thanks for playing! Yeah I think having a walkthrough is a good idea, I'm still undecided whether to continue this game with the stuff that was originally planned (started the jam kinda late). I did actually plan to give the player more things to fiddle with most importantly some books with cryptic "tutorial" pictograms, bloating / shrinking the patient depending on whether you give him too little / too much fluid, the hallucinations themselves being hints of the fluid imbalances and fluids moving between organs in some specific ways after a while.

It's strange, but there is something in it. I like the idea and the graphics look interesting, but to be honest, even with the tutorial I don't understand how my actions affect the patient's shaking.
