I liked the main idea but I have some remarks about it:

For the traps I get you wanted to do a die/retry game. But if you do so don't give limited lifes to the player because It's a bit useless and frustrating.

Also give reasons to the player of why he dies. The first trap is invisible and looks a bit injust. Also we don't know what is the hitbox of the trap.

Also a final remark, give instructions on how to play your game because I had to do some researchs to know it was from Scratch.

But really for a game made on Scratch It was nicely made, I realy liked the artstyle. Try maybe more advanced engines. Unity has Bolt which is a Visual SCripting plugin which could help you to do better things in an easier way for 2D games.

P.S: I've been stucked there is it normal? stucked.PNG

@etrealjunior Thank you! I personally don't like my game in its current state but I think the game idea is cool but it definitely needs a lot of work. I think the problem with my game is that it's far too short and boring in its current state. This is probably because I've been spending far too long on the code and not the levels and gameplay itself.

@doc-moustache I think you might have rated the wrong game as the text of your comment and that image looks no where near my game.

There is no bad game, in fact there is a game not aimed at the right audience, here we have beginners, amateurs and even development professionals, and the focus is on exchanging experiences in order to improve the quality and learning of our projects, the person can make a block, and if it brings happiness to the next one you can be sure that you will be on the right path, head up and straight ahead, I will follow you on the itch to see your future developments, very good luck, a big hug
