Interesting concept. However, it lacks sound and explanation. A small help menu could have been added and some sound (even basic) to tell if an action is good or not. Sometimes time passes too slowly. It would have been nice if we could increase the speed of time. Thanks for your participation  Wut ? I have more poeple than my capacity ? xD capt.png
played both versions glad to see you've fixed the biggest issues, what's left is the lack of feedback (sound or otherwise) to the player.

As mentionned before, some kind of feedback (audio or other) would be nice, to understand what's happening (or not happening). Maybe a way to click on a tile, and see its contribution? Also, a button to advance to next month, and maybe one to pause the time (to take some notes during the play+rate, for example ;)) would be nice.
Overall, interesting puzzle game with great potential once it's "completed", if that's your goal.
In some ways, the 'real time' aspect was more interesting than the card aspect (or at least equally as interesting?). This reminds me of an idle game, with the having to wait for cards aspect. The graphics remind me a lot of DOS citybuilding games too.
Remember that if you want others to see your game, to rate other peoples' games. The more ratings and feedback you give others, the higher your game displays to others when they look for games.
