I dont really get how to play this...
This is utterly impressive and so hard to rate - I don't know what to do! If someone magically turned up behind me and knew the system/rules I would sit down and play immediately, but 10500 words is a bit too much to have in my head... :) Well here the points from the Swedish jury (outside the LD-system): Overall: ? Innovation: 5 Fun: ? Theme: 5 (Really like the idea of prime factors to use for world/stats building, will keep this as a cool tool), Graphics: 3 (Nice map) Audio: n/a Humor+Mood: Depends on the people playing!
Difficult to rate this fairly? But I really love your map! First of all: very cool submission. I like your idea and the clever use of primes. But you are definitely into game design rather than programming. What about joining some team next time?
Ahhh and did you Betatest? :)
No playtesting yet. I might set up something in the near future, depending on the schedules and inclinations in the local circles.
And yes, I am historically more of a tabletop game designer, although working on digital projects at some point is also an ambition. Perhaps once I finish my current writing project. I certainly discarded the possibility of writing code for Ludum Dare right off the bat, I'm far too rusty to have gotten anywhere with that in two days :D
WOW! this game is very impressive, i mean i cant play it because i dont have a lot of people BUT i read the instructions and is very complex and looks fun! Very good job :D
I like this game a lot! I already gave you some feedback privately. I think that the biggest thing that needs tweaking is caravan generation, but it's a pretty brilliant premise all-round.
