How you exit the game should really be more obvious. I had to hit random keys until I figured it out.
Foon → Ludum Dare Explorer → LD17 → Flag Island

It's pretty hard, couldn't really surpass the AI score, probably because the "double damage" powerup is a bit too powerful. It's really polished and complete-feeling though.
I don't think you're supposed to use others' audio, so I can't rate that high. The difficulty is pretty high, since the CPU has perfect aim. The item pickup system is not obvious (I still don't seem to be able to use dynamite when I want to). The Islands theme is not at all a part of the game.
The AI was certainly a good challenge! It was very annoying that I couldn't move with WSAD.
LD is supposed to be a single coder competition, so I can't vote on audio.
The AI is pretty tough, and the gameplay looks like Counter Strike. Wildly jumping without any sense to keep being hard to hit. Probably more fun with a human opponent.
Also, I HATE IT IF THE X OF THE WINDOW DOES NOT CLOSE THE APP. Don't ever do that.
Hard to exit. Music made me grateful for the mute function. Also, I don't think you are supposed to use teams for this contest. AI was god-like and beat the **** out of me before I could tell where the **** I was.
Very solid game. I liked how it turned out. That com is pretty tough.
This is pretty good. (Is the audio not original? If so this entry isn't legal; too bad.) The graphics and sound fit. The controls are good (though you should have mentioned that up also jumps; it's pretty hard to hit spacebar while using the arrow keys and the mouse at the same time!), the gameplay makes sense, and the computer opponent is pretty strong. Winning seems to be about getting the right item drops, and managing your opponent's health: Leaving him with with only a little bit so that you can kill him at a moment that's very inconvenient for him, and then make a run for the flag. The speed powerup seemed to me to be the most useful by far.
The gameplay did get a little repetitive, but I had fun playing a few times until I could reliably win. Some platforms to make the route non-obvious, or something like that, would have really spiced it up.
I was killed many many times right upon respawn. And... Islands? It should be more than just a setting, I think. Your gameplay could take place anywhere.
